Alberto, son of the Albertross, your blog post is truly amazing. The approach you took in your first point is rather intriguing; you chose the use of TV shows rather than the spread of information and ideas. While this does promote a spread of culture (for better or worse), it doesn't tackle the root issues at hand. 9/10 made me laugh.
ReplyDeleteI really like your Jersey Shore, Geordie Shore, and Lake Shore one. I've never really thought about that, haha.
ReplyDeleteGood use of a table to demonstrate that two sides exist for each point.
ReplyDeleteThe Jersey Shore thing is hilarious. Very cheeky, but its your only example and the meaning is implied. What about an example for the rest of the explicit pros and cons you have?
ReplyDeleteI'm a bit upset my first comment didn't publish during class, but here i am again entertained by your points. I really like the jersey shore thing to make a point. Do you think a larger world wide market is a good thing? or just ads to our need to purchase things?
